- The Exchange received notice on August 10, 2007 of Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc.'s intention to voluntarily delist to eliminate duplicative administrative requirements and associated costs inherent with dual listings. The Company will officially file with the SEC on or about August 20th and the filing will be effective 10 days after.
- The Exchange has received a request from BNS Holdings, Inc., a listed company, to delist its shares in conjunction with a 1 for 200 reverse split and deregistration with the SEC. The Company has requested that such delisting and deregistration occur on or before August 10, 2007.
- The Exchange received notice on June 22, 2007 of BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc.'s intention to voluntarily delist. The Form 25 will likely be filed by the Company on or about July 3, 2007 and be effective 10 days after filing.
- The Exchange received notice on June 14, 2007 of Bluefly, Inc.'s intention to voluntarily delist. The Form 25 will likely be filed by the Company on or about June 23, 2007 and be effective 10 days after filing.
- On June 6, 2007, Perma - Fix Environmental Services, Inc. notified the Exchange of its intention to voluntarily delist. The delisting is scheduled to be filed with the SEC on or about June 19, 2007.
- On May 31, 2007 The Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. filed notification of delisting for the following companies: Able Energy, Inc. and Invicta Corporation.
- Cohesant Technologies, Inc. filed a Form 25 on February 28, 2007, to voluntarily delist from the Boston Stock Exchange.
- On January 16, 2007 Magellan Petroleum Corporation voluntarily filed a Form 25 with the SEC and Exchange to delist. The delisting is slated to be effective on January 26, 2007.
- The Exchange received notice on January 3, 2007 of Cohesant Technologies' (Company) intention to voluntarily delist. This notice will remain posted on our website until (at least) the effectiveness of the Form 25 to be filed by the Company.
- Listed company Dectron Internationale has provided notice to the Exchange on the instant date (September 29, 2006) of its intention to voluntarily delist from the Exchange.
- The Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. filed notification of delisting for the following companies: Claimsnet.com, Inc., Clicknsettle, H.E.R.C. Products, Inc., Invicta Corporation, and The Millbrook Press, Inc. on July 21, 2006.
- The Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. filed notification of delisting for DHB Industries, Inc. on May 11, 2006.
- The Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. filed notification of delisting for the Commerce Group Corp. on May 10, 2006.
- The Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. filed notification of delisting for the United Heritage Corporation on May 10, 2006.
- The Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. filed notification of delisting for Vaso Active Pharmaceuticals, Inc. on May 10, 2006.
- Able Energy, Inc. was suspended by the Exchange on March 30, 2006 for failure to meet Exchange requirements. Able Energy also failed to respond to inquiries for information. The Exchange will formally delist Able Energy, Inc. on or after May 31, 2007.
