How to Apply for Membership

To become a member and transact trades on the Boston Stock Exchange, one must be an SEC and, in some cases, a NASD registered broker-dealer, to meet all membership requirements and purchase (or lease) a seat.

To obtain a membership application package, you may contact the Membership Department at (617) 235-2097, send us an e-mail or download a membership application. The Exchange fees associated with the membership are also available for your reference.
